Southeastern Career College located at 719 Thompson Lane in the 100 Oaks Office Tower in Nashville features seven classrooms and five administrative offices. The facilities include a reception area, a law library, a computer lab, and a break area. The computer lab includes access to Westlaw and the Internet. The facility is accessible to handicapped persons. General equipment includes classroom whiteboards, computers, Internet connections, overhead projectors, and a variety of computer software and electronic sources.
Each program also has field-specific equipment, including a general reference library containing texts and other materials relevant to the subject and to career opportunities.
You will also receive an introduction to the personal computer. Computer equipment, email accounts, facsimile equipment, and Internet access are provided to you at Southeastern Career College exclusively for educational activities.
Criminal Justice
For the criminal justice program, equipment includes fingerprint kits, basic crime scene investigation items, the firearms training simulator (FATS), and several other items.
Paralegal
For the paralegal program, you'll have access to legal materials on the Internet, Westlaw, other online legal research tools, and an onsite law library. You also have access to other law school libraries in the community and courthouses.
